Our passion at Igor MMA is to offer you quality training sessions in the art of Thaiboxing, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, and Jiu Jitsu, with our very experienced and trained staff. Igor MMA also has Kids Training classes suited for kids and Indoor Boot Camps and Ultimate Conditioning classes to improve competitiveness, fitness, health and well-being.

Our training classes are suitable for all individuals regardless of age, size, gender, or physical condition. We combine the practices above into extremely challenging one hour classes.

I Go Ryu Jiu Jitsu is a principle based Mixed Martial Arts Style. By learning the main principles of human biomechanics and physics in IGRJJ, we create the foundation for the main actions, like striking, kicking, throwing, submissions, grappling, in all martial arts styles. Read more…
