THE NOBLE ART

Boxing is a form of striking with the fists, and also focuses on defensive movements and footwork. Boxing works on endurance, cardio, speed, agility, stamina, strength and reflex training. It also serves as a great toning workout for the upper body and core. 

OUR STYLE

Boxing classes are taught by Igor Breakenback and Josh Culibao. With a focus on Igor’s signature ‘footwork’. Punching combos, slips, cardio and footwork are all elements of this challenging one hour class.
